The Allergy & Free From Show, the UK’s only dedicated health show focused on the free-from market, celebrated a hugely successful 2026 edition last weekend after relocating to Birmingham.
Held at the NEC, the event welcomed thousands of visitors from across the UK for a packed weekend of inspiration, education and discovery, bringing together leading brands, expert speakers, healthcare professionals and members of the allergy and free from community under one roof.
The move to Birmingham marked an exciting new chapter for the show, offering improved accessibility for visitors nationwide and creating greater opportunities for exhibitors and attendees alike. The expanded venue enabled an even broader range of exhibitors, interactive experiences and live content across the weekend.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore hundreds of products and services spanning food and drink, skin care, healthcare, lifestyle and wellbeing, while gaining expert advice and support from some of the sector’s most respected voices.
Among the headline speakers were best-selling gluten free author and advocate Becky Excell, Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington, best-selling author and founder of Deliciously Ella, Ella Mills, who joined an inspiring line-up of speakers sharing personal experiences, practical advice and insights into living with allergies and dietary requirements.
Reflecting on the success of the show Event Director, Annie Bennett said:
“The atmosphere across the weekend was inspiring, supportive and full of energy, which is exactly what this show is all about. We’re proud to continue providing a platform that connects people with trusted brands, expert advice and a community that truly understands the challenges of living with allergies and dietary requirements.”
The Allergy & Free From Show continues to play a vital role in connecting consumers with trusted brands, innovations and expert guidance, while helping to raise awareness and improve understanding of allergy-related conditions and free from living.
Following the success of its Birmingham debut, plans are already underway for the next edition of the show at the NEC Birmingham on the 15-16 May 2027.
