Where is the event?
Allergy & Free From Show will take place in Hall 3 at the NEC Birmingham

What are the Show opening times?
Saturday 15th May 2027 9am – 5pm
Sunday 16th May 2027 10am – 4pm
Do I need to book to see a speaker?
No, our theatres are built into the exhibition hall and therefore free and accessible for all show visitors. The theatres do have limited seating, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Can I bring a bag on wheels / trolley into the show?
To ensure health and safety and keep aisles clear, bags with wheels and trolleys are not permitted in the show. If you do bring one, you will be asked to leave it in the cloakroom.
How can I be sure about sampling food and drink at the show?
This event is in a public multi-purpose venue , serving a large audience with a range of allergies and other medical conditions. Consequently, this event is not 100% free-from any specific allergen, including yours.
All visitors should be aware of this fact and be as vigilant here as they would be anywhere else.
Tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Tickets will go live in December 2026. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter to be alerted when they first go on sale.
How do I claim and assign my tickets?
The tickets will need to be claimed and assigned to those who you are coming to the show with. Once tickets have gone live, you will receive an email closer to the show asking you to assign your tickets.
Once they have been assigned an email will be sent to the user inviting them to accept the ticket.
Getting there & accommodation
How do I get to the NEC and what facilities are available?
PARKING AT THE NEC – Parking can be booked directly through the NEC website – you can save £4 by booking in advance
Where can I stay nearby?

How can I travel sustainably to the show?
When planning your travel please consider your carbon footprint:
Carbon offsetting your travel – we are encouraging all visitors to donate £2 to offset their carbon footprint on travelling to the show
Travel on public transport or actively where possible (nearest train line is Birmingham International which brings you straight into the NEC) – save ££ by booking train/coach tickets in advance
If travelling by car then we encourage car sharing with others you know and/or potentially using car sharing apps like liftshare.com or blablacar.com – save ££ when you book NEC car park tickets in advance
Combine 1 and 2 – have you thought about connecting with local public transport and bike hire schemes – see tfwm.org.uk for bike hire and park and ride options
Accessibility
Is the venue accessible?

Will you have a quiet space available?
There is a Quiet Room available for all attendees which is located in the concourse by the entrance to Hall 3. This is a safe and relaxing space away from the show floor.
Can I bring my pet?
Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.
