Hi, I’m Rebecca, mum of two, wife of one living in Surrey. I am also host of the podcast ‘You & Me Go Gluten Free’ which was launched in November this year.
In 2023 our youngest daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease at 4 years old. That first year was a real challenge to get our daughter well again, while navigating the lifestyle changes we’ve needed to make as a family. ‘You & Me Go Gluten Free’ is designed specifically to support parents of newly diagnosed Coeliac children by sharing real life practical information and experiences.
