I’m Nicola and I would love to apply to become an ambassador for the Allergy and Free From show! I am coeliac, live in Essex and have steadily built up my instagram page with all things gluten free since my diagnosis in 2022!
I love sharing positive experiences and recommendations in the GF community and also sharing awareness. Since my diagnosis I also have 2 family members who were tested and are also coeliac so for me, raising awareness is really important to me.
I’d love to be a part of this event, meet some more passionate people and help promote it as much as I can!
