I was diagnosed as coeliac 7 years ago, and since then I have developed a greater appreciation for how great allergen free foods can taste – especially when cooked from scratch! I’m a vegetarian, which can make eating out all the trickier, but thankfully the gluten free offering has gotten so much better over the years and I’m a huge advocate for encouraging people to try gluten free food even when they are not gluten free, as the more people that incorporate it into their lives, the more us coeliacs/gluten free folk have on offer in stores! I’m also a gluten free blogger and love to share recipes, products and restaurants!
