Hi,
I’m a coeliac from the New Forest who has a real love for connecting with the gluten free community. With an events background I love organising events but most of all attending the foodie events, from the local festivals in the South Coast to the mother of all events in London. I live with my husband – Alan, two children – Harry and Isla and my two mischief maker cocker spaniels Maple and Millie. I have been coeliac for 10 years and found the journey very lonely, frustrating and at times so bleak. I am the only one in my family with coeliac disease. I only started my Instagram page a few years ago but I absolutely love the fact I’ve found my people. I share both food and personal content and love to cook. I have met some amazing people on the platform and I love meeting people at food festivals/events and gluten free gatherings – gives us all a chance to share experiences, thoughts and ideas with no judgment. I would be ever so proud to represent the allergy show as an ambassador.
