Do I need to book to see a speaker?
No, our theatres are built into the exhibition hall and therefore free and accessible for all show visitors. The theatres do have limited seating, which will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Getting there
How do I get to London Olympia?
It’s quicker and easier to travel to the venue by public transport. Olympia has a dedicated train station next to the venue, Kensington (Olympia) Station, and is also walking distance from West Kensington and Barons Court underground stations. Plan your journey to Olympia London in advance and check for any travel disruptions before you leave. If you are travelling in a group, try Trainline Business for easy and efficient transport.
What about parking?
If you’re arriving via car, the venue has both onsite and offsite car parking facilities available. If you require onsite parking, we ask that you pre-book online to ensure you secure a space. If you’re unable to book a space, there are off-site parking locations in our local area including Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, located 10 minutes’ drive away from the venue.
