I’m Elda, founder of Green Traffic Light®, a wellbeing and educational brand combining food science, wellbeing, sustainability and everyday healthy habits in an accessible and engaging way.W
ith 12+ years’ experience in the food industry and a background in Food Engineering, Food Technology & Safety and Biomedical Science, I’m passionate about turning knowledge into practical, relatable experiences that help people become more curious about their food, wellbeing and everyday choices.Through Green Traffic Light®, I’m developing interactive workshops, educational activities and wellbeing tools for schools, communities and organisations.
I’m also proud to be part of the Buy Women Built community and to have been recognised through UK small-business awards.I’d love to support the event by promoting it within my community, sharing ideas and feedback, connecting with other ambassadors and helping create an engaging and valuable experience for attendees. |
