Biography
Ashley and Lily are the mother-daughter duo behind @thumbsupforglutenfree, sharing the real life highs and challenges of living with coeliac disease. Diagnosed at just 16 months old, Lily is now a teenager navigating school, friendships, travel and everyday life while gluten free.
Through their platform, they aim to show that coeliac disease is about so much more than food, whilst sharing practical tips, gluten free finds, family adventures and plenty of positivity along the way.
As Allergy & Free From Show ambassadors, Ashley and Lily are passionate about connecting with the free from community, celebrating inclusion and helping other families feel less alone on their gluten free journey.
