Anne Iarchy started baking out of boredom at the beginning of lockdown..
Towards the end of 2023 she got diagnosed with coeliac disease and had to convert her baking to gluten free.
Anne is not willing to compromise on taste and texture, and as a nutritional therapist, does not want to add any additives to her bakes.
Early 2026 she opened a fully gluten free micro-bakery and baking school in Finchley, Little Home Baker.
She bakes weekly on pre-order and runs regular workshops covering all aspects of gluten free bakes.
