My name is Lisa Bolton, also known as @allergyunlimited on Instagram. I have an 18 year old daughter with coeliac disease and a 15 year old son with food allergies, asthma and EOE. I am passionate about supporting others living with dietary restrictions and organisations and companies who are making the world a better place for those living with these restrictions. We attended our first Allergy and Free From Show in 2022 and only wish we had come sooner! I am also the UK Product Manager for Equal Eats (exhibitor stand K31). We make translation cards for a whole range of dietary restrictions in 50 different languages. These were a game changer for us when travelling abroad.
