In just three months, the Allergy & Free From Show will open its doors to over 15,000 visitors at Olympia London, with the event set to take place on 21st-22nd June 2025. The event has an expanding list of exhibitors, so has recently announced its move to the stunning Grand Hall to accommodate the growing demand.
The Allergy & Free From Show is the UK’s only dedicated health event focusing entirely on the free-from market. It provides an inclusive space for individuals who live with allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences, offering the latest products and expert advice on managing a free-from lifestyle.
This year’s show promises to be the largest and most exciting yet, offering a unique, one-stop destination for anyone living a free-from lifestyle due to allergies, intolerances, or preferences. The Allergy & Free From Show will feature three dedicated stages designed to inspire, educate, and entertain. Headline speakers at the show include Becky Excell, Dr Rupy Aujla, Stephanie Davis, Tyler West.
- The Inspiration Stage, sponsored by Koko Dairy Free, will offer motivating talks from leading free-from experts.
- The Education Stage, sponsored by Ready2React, will host insightful discussions on health, nutrition, and wellbeing.
- The Live Kitchen, sponsored by Tesco, will feature live cooking demos and recipe ideas.
The show will also feature exciting, interactive features including:
- The Family Area with Kyle Dine, designed for families living with allergies.
- Allergies in the Home, in partnership with Allergy UK, offering practical demonstrations for allergy-friendly living.
- The Balmonds Skin Clinic, offering skin consultations, Q&A’s and panel sessions for eczema and other skin conditions.
- The Mindfulness Zone, sponsored by Arla LactoFREE, focusing on stress reduction and wellbeing for allergy sufferers using meditation methods.
- The Café, sponsored by NOMO for visitors to take a break from the busy show floor and relax
- The Family Trail, where children can follow a map around the hall to collect stamps from our family-friendly exhibitors and earn a free-from party bag as a reward for completing.
