Sophia Turner is the founder of Safe Appetite, an innovative app designed to support individuals and families managing food allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences, with a particular focus on improving safety within educational settings and environments where food is available to the public.
Sophia has lived with allergies since she was a child, and driven by her own lived experiences, she is passionate about raising awareness and pushing for change, including advocating for stronger protections for those living with dietary restrictions and policy changes, such as Benedict’s Law. Through her work, she is helping to bridge the gap between education, technology and real-life allergy awareness and management.
