I am a father of a Coeliac Daughter. I have seen first hand how hard it is for her at a young age of feeling left out. Not being able to take part in school food events, cake sales, kids birthday parties, struggles at restaurants. Since she was diagnosed, the whole family at home live a GF lifestyle. On a daily basis I am reminding her, that she has options, she has choice and she is no less better off than her friends.
I am an avid baker at home and love experimenting on new foods especially breads!
I would love to be an ambassador so i can make her proud and fly the flag that she will fly for herself one day!
