Lauren Harber

Lauren Harber has been the Head of Marketing at Genius Foods since 2020, a household gluten free bakery brand who exists to create better bakery choices fin free from, without compromise and have done so for 16 years. leading the charge in delivering delicious, gluten-free bakery products without compromise.
Diagnosed with coeliac disease and IBS in 2015, Lauren has firsthand experience navigating the gluten free world. Her personal journey leading her to starting an Instagram account to help her navigate her journey connect with others. Over the years, she has built strong relationships within the online community, recognising the vital role the community plays in supporting us.
Lauren has a deep passion for the free-from community, her advocacy extends beyond her professional role, with her story having been featured in publications like The Mirror, as she looks to drive education and empowerment in the free-from space.
Appearing as a panelist for the first time at the 2025 Allergy & Free From Show, Lauren is excited to share insights from a brand perspective, offering an opportunity to probe behind-the-scenes and shed light on the challenges of the free-from food industry.
