Kortney has navigated life with allergies, asthma, and eczema from an early age. With multiple food allergies—including non-top 14 allergens—and Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS), she intimately understands these challenges.
In 2015, Kortney launched her blog, Allergy Girl Eats, marking her entry into the allergy community; although the blog is retired, she still maintains a presence on Instagram as Allergy Girl Eats. Kortney co-hosts The Itch Podcast, discussing allergies, asthma, and eczema to educate and inspire listeners. She is the co-founder of The Zestfull, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and enhancing the well-being of individuals managing food allergies, asthma, and eczema.
Passionate about enabling others to live life to the fullest despite their conditions, she enjoys travellin, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Belmont. Originally from Toronto, she now resides in Berlin, Germany.
