Kirsty Henshaw is an entrepreneur and founder of Kirsty’s, the number 1 free-from ready-meal brand in the UK. Her business journey has taken her from kitchen table ice cream maker to Dragon’s Den success story, and beyond. She’s an inspiring single Mum from Preston, who has demonstrated to families across the country how to navigate family life with food allergies and intolerances. In 2020, she realised her dream of building her own state of the art 100% allergen-free food factory, and in 2024, she also launched flourish by Kirsty’s, a range of veggie packed meals for children, that have been thoughtfully created for children with food allergies or intolerances.
