Hi I’m javeen a gluten free and lactose free cook and baker who specialises in Indian dining. I was diagnosed 10 years and I have since aimed to increase inclusivity of allergen friendly traditional Indian food , both sweet and savoury. I have expanded my recipes into eggless baking sharing interesting recipes on my Instagram page. I understand the frustration , fear and isolation that comes with having allergies especially in our Asian community so that’s why I take pride into making the best allergy friendly recipes for yummy Indian cooking and tips and tricks to make it easy.
