Fiona Catchpowle is a Menopause Doula based in Birmingham. She specialises in teaching health and wellbeing professionals to become menstrual health informed, through a biology-led framework, with a whole person approach.
With over 35 years experience as an educator, featured by The Sunday Times and Sky News, Fiona’s mission is to make menstrual health accessible for everyone.
When she’s not teaching or supporting clients you will find her with her grandson, 7 year old Teddy – climbing trees and getting dirty knees – or, still dreaming about being a Blue Peter presenter, one day.
