Eloise Newnham is the founder of FUTURE WOMAN, a UK women’s hormone health company helping women get to the root cause of their symptoms through advanced testing, personalised nutrition, and bioidentical hormone therapy.
She launched the business in 2022 after being dismissed by her GP while seeking help for painful periods, which led her to uncover the gap in how women’s hormone health is understood and treated.
FUTURE WOMAN has since supported thousands of women and is building a data-led, personalised approach to hormone care.
Eloise previously spent over a decade in investment banking and high-growth startups, including Goldman Sachs, King, Habito and Branded, where she led M&A and growth initiatives.
