Nutritionist Dale has been in the nutrition industry for 26 years, with qualifications in BSc Human Nutrition, BSc Herbal Medicine, and Post Graduate Diploma Nutritional Medicine. Known as ‘The Medicinal Chef’, Dale’s primary focus is how food and nutrition can be a valid part of the healthcare picture, making healthy eating a pleasure.
Dale is a successful Sunday Times Best Selling author (with 20 books and counting) and has appeared on many TV shows, from ITV’s Eat Shop Save, to his numerous appearances on This Morning. He is also the founder of The Culinary Medicine College, where he teaches thousands of students around the world, so they can gain their Diploma in Culinary Medicine.
