I have been gluten intolerant for 4 years now. Which I definitely believe has enhanced my love for food and cooking! I love creating new recipes, trying new restaurants and raising awareness on my Instagram page @_Cookingwithcathy. I absolutely love being a part of the GF community, I feel like it’s such a positive safe place. I would really love to be a part of this event, get to meet some more amazing people who share the same experience, and raise awareness for such an important cause!
