Cate

I am Cate. I am 23 years old and have had coeliac disease for 15 years. Growing up with coeliac, brought many challenges due to me and my families lack of coeliac understanding as well as the rest of the UK. When I was younger, I was one of very few people that I knew that had coeliac so I started my page to be able to speak with other people who were in the same position as me and to share my knowledge and experiences with them. As an adult, I love travelling and have recently lived in australia and America, having to find gluten free in many different places. I love to share my experiences online and help others who need support and create London meet ups to bring coeliac communities together.
