Betsy Craig is the CEO and founder of MenuTrinfo® and Certified Free From® (CFF), a certification program provided by MenuTrinfo as a much needed resource for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and food manufacturers that want to offer allergen-free products to people living with food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities. CFF is the only one of its type in the world and provides extensive third-party verification, testing, and validation of allergen-free claims on consumer-packaged products. Since 2010, Betsy has led her team in the commitment to safeguard lives and promote health within the foodservice industry. In 2023, Betsy was appointed as Chair of the Professional Development Group of Food Safety Assessment, Audit, and Inspection for the International Association of Food Protection, Co-Chair of the Food Allergen Committee for the Conference for Food Protection, and in 2024 she was appointed as co-chair of the FARE PACT Alliance Hospitality Industry Council, all roles she still proudly holds today.
