Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energised with our guided mat pilates sessions in partnership with MK Reformed. Suitable for all levels, these classes focus on controlled movements and mindful breathing to support overall fitness and wellbeing.
Each session has space for up to 10 participants so we recommend booking as soon as possible as it is a first-come, first-served process. Please arrive at Stand C60 5 minutes before your session. There will be mats for participants to use so no need to bring your own.
