I am dairy intolerant and last summer was diagnosed with Coeliac disease. I have found that there is still so much information to share to other newly diagnosed people. Eating out is a huge problem and more restaurants need to make eating out enjoyable for all. As a woman of 54 having to change my diet significantly isn’t easy especially when cooking for a family who haven’t got any allergies. Etc.
