Eve Williamson is the co-founder and CEO of Served, a hospitality technology platform designed to improve how restaurants manage and communicate allergen and dietary information. Having grown up with severe food allergies, Eve experienced firsthand the challenges and risks of dining out safely. This personal experience led her to build Served with the goal of making food transparency easier for both guests and hospitality teams.
Eve studied Engineering before founding Served, where she became focused on solving systemic problems through technology. She and her co-founder, Alana Bralsford, were selected for the Techstars accelerator in the United States, where they began developing Served into a product now used by leading hospitality operators.
Today, Served has been used thousands of times by guests and works with leading UK restaurant groups such as Dishoom and Hawksmoor, helping them manage allergen information through back-of-house tools and guest-facing menus, enabling safer and more confident dining experiences.
Eve’s work sits at the intersection of food safety, hospitality operations, and consumer trust. Her mission is to build the infrastructure that makes dining out safer, more transparent, and more inclusive for the millions of people living with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
