Nick is White Rabbit’s Co-founder & CEO, with expertise spanning finance, brand & sales.
Having graduated from the University of Bristol, Nick headed home to Oxford to work at his local pub, The White Rabbit, with the intention of embarking on a Law Conversion. There he met his Co-founder Teo; Nick was working behind the bar and Teo was a chef in the kitchen.
During their time at the White Rabbit, the pair saw firsthand just how many people were missing out on the joy of Italian food because they couldn’t find gluten free options. Inspired by Teo’s Italian heritage, they created White Rabbit to bridge this gap, so no one has to miss out on delicious Italian food.
White Rabbit was officially founded in 2015 and first launched into UK retail in 2017. Nick was Director of the business for 10 years before stepping into his current role as CEO in 2023.
