Since 2010, Anne Iarchy has worked as a health and lifestyle coach and nutritional therapist, guiding individuals toward sustainable habits and healthier, more balanced lives. In her early career, Anne focused on helping people who felt “too busy” to be healthy, showing them that meaningful change is possible through practical, achievable steps.
Anne’s passion for accessible wellbeing led her to publish 5 Simple Steps to Releasing the Real You in 2020. The book distills the core methods she developed over years of coaching, offering readers a simple, empowering framework for transforming their mindset, building lasting habits, and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
During the pandemic, when daily life slowed, Anne finally embraced a long-held desire to bake. What began as simple treats soon evolved into breadmaking and sourdough experimentation. Encouraged by friends who loved her creations, she launched Little Home Baker, a small venture built on creativity, comfort, and the joy of homemade bakes.
In 2023, Anne’s personal journey took a significant turn when she was diagnosed with coeliac disease. Faced with the need to overhaul her own lifestyle, she applied the very five-step method she had been teaching for years. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the challenges that come with a sudden diagnosis, and highlighted how fortunate she was to have the skills and knowledge to navigate it confidently.
Anne’s diagnosis also transformed her baking. As someone with a deep love for good bread, she refused to settle for the common compromises of gluten-free baking. Instead, she devoted herself to developing recipes with the flavour, texture, and quality she expected. This led her to create online gluten-free baking classes and in-person gluten-free bread workshops, helping others enjoy delicious, satisfying and non ultra-processed bakes without feeling limited.
Today, Anne Iarchy is dedicated to supporting people newly diagnosed with coeliac disease. She combines her expertise in nutrition, lifestyle transformation, and gluten-free baking to help individuals transition smoothly, rebuild their confidence, and ultimately thrive in their new way of living.
