Her time within the brand includes the conception and delivery of numerous award-winning everyday wellbeing products, cementing her as the UK’s leading expert in mineral salts.
Today she plays a vital role in ensuring the Westlab brand stays remains true to its original core values to make natural wellbeing affordable and accessible to all, without compromising on quality or naturally derived formulas.
Penny also draws on her own personal journey to guide her product development, from her Rosacea (triggered from over-exposure to sensitising ingredients when working as a facialist) to her children’s battles with eczema and anaphylactic food allergies.
