Tamla is a BANT-registered nutritional therapist who focuses on personalised nutrition to help individuals with eczema, allergies, and skin conditions. Understanding that allergies impact everyone differently, she begins her clinical approach by assessing various factors that influence each person's health, from genetics to the gut microbiome, an area in which she has a keen interest.
Her expertise in this field is informed by her own experiences. Having dealt with eczema and various allergies since childhood, Tamla has spent years researching the effects of food, lifestyle, and environmental factors on skin and immune health. This knowledge is now applied in her practice to benefit the clients at her Harley Street nutrition clinic, "Splendid Nutrition".
