Sareta Puri

Sareta Puri is a plant-based chef and teacher who has been part of the Made In Hackney team for 8 years and who is on a mission to get more people passionate about plants! Over that time she set up and led the community meal service during lockdown; developed the Global Plant Kitchens training and mentoring programme to support a movement of vegan community kitchens across the world; and created The Made In Hackney Burger for pub chain Fuller's: a whole food plant-based burger bursting with goodness.
