Justine Bold

Justine Bold has worked at the University of Worcester since 2008 and now works part-time on the Masters in Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine. She also joined Cardiff University in 2019 and works as Programme Director for Continuing Professional Development in the Medical School. She is currently studying towards a PhD and has a long term research interest in food sensitivities having published both journal articles and textbooks in this area. She is registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine as a nutritionist and a nutritional therapist.
