Jackie Mitchell, freelance journalist in the food, drink and health sectors, has worked on newspapers, magazines and digital media in the UK, Hong Kong, Australia and New York. She specialises in the foodservice, hospitality and “free from” sectors and writes for several UK and European publications and web sites. As a food journalist who is gluten intolerant, who eats out with a husband who is dairy intolerant she shares her eating out experiences in the UK and abroad in her blog. She is also a radio presenter on Brookland Radio’s Just Women programme. A member of the Guild of Food Writers, she is also a judge of several food Awards.
