Helen Blythe

Founder and Director of Benedict Blythe Foundation, Helen Blythe joined the allergy community in 2016 when her son developed food allergies as a baby. Benedict died from anaphylaxis after collapsing in school in 2021 aged 5 and, prompted by the stories from parents of children with allergies, she now campaigns for safer and more inclusive schools for pupils with allergies.
