Grace Wilkinson

Grace Wilkinson is an allergy blogger and medical student. She founded her blog, Free From Den, in 2016 to share recipes free from dairy, eggs and nuts (DEN!). Since then, she has collaborated with allergy charities, including with Allergy UK on the Patient Charter, with the aim of supporting other young people with allergies. In 2023 she launched the Allergy Angle group which provides regular meet ups and a platform for adults with allergies to connect and campaign. In her medical studies she is keen to improve allergy education and awareness in healthcare, which has led to allergy research and involvement with national networks. She regularly attends allergy and global health conferences, including speaking in her role as President of the Edinburgh University Global Health Society.
