As Executive Head Chef at the NEC, David has vast experience in the industry, working for some of the UK’s largest caterers, hotels and under some of the biggest names in the chef world.
Joining Amadeus in 2015, David has worked as an Executive Chef at both Arena Birmingham and the NEC, putting a focus on vegan dishes across both venues.
